Districts in Chélemby City

Dear KP,

Going on the brief data given in the guide, it would appear that Kørtaésel is the poorest and most disreputable district in Chélemby City. Is that correct?

Or perhaps it's Vandlage, which on the map looks the most crowded, or parts of Gámelkîke?

Any other further tidbits of info you'd like to give away would be welcome.
