Ye New Shoppe
It's taken longer than we had estimated or plannend -- but the new kelestia.com Webshop is now finally online. Accordingly, all official World of Hârn and HârnMaster modules are available for purchase again. Please have a look around. Why a new online shop? -- Several reasons; the most important two are: The new shop is much more user-friendly and it supports tangible products -- that's right, actual printed, physical products. To give you an idea why this latter function is important to us, I have attached a little "appetiser" to this story. It's a preview sheet for an exciting new release.

Please clarify . . .
This is exciting news - I can't stand reading on a computer screen. Please clarify:
1) Will all of the previous Kelestia publications be available in print (Ledenheim, Chelemby, etc.) or just the new ones going forward?
2) Will purchasers of (for example) the Ledenheim .pdf be given a credit towards the print version? (Even free shipping would help offset the cost of buying it twice.)
Thanks!

Printed products
Jack
We will start with one printed product, to see how it goes.
If it sells well, then we will consider making other and existing products available.
No decisions have been made about discounts etc.

Thank you, Jeremy.
This would make for an interesting sidebar poll:
What would be your *preferred* method of reading a Kelestia publication and using it at the gaming table?
1) Buying a .pdf and displaying it on the computer screen.
2) Buying a .pdf and printing it at home.
3) Buying a .pdf and paying a printer (Kinko's, Staples, etc.) to print it (and maybe bind it, too).
4) Buying a looseleaf hardcopy that I can organize as desired and insert my original material into.
5) Buying a bound softcover.
6) Buying a bound hardcover.
As a collector, I prefer the sixth but understand that the fourth and fifth are far more economical. Until I get a laptop, I just won't be able to take computer files into my favorite reading locations . . . ;-)
No matter what, the expansion into print is an exciting new direction for Kelestia!

Shipping costs...
The "important info" in the store says that...
"All purchased tangible (printed) products will be shipped to you as soon as we receive a PayPal notification of your payment. Please note, that the price listed for the product itself does not include shipping expenses."
So how does the user find out what the shipping charge will be? And how does the store then collect it (aside from sending by a Lia-Kavair named Luigi)?
Shipping costs
Robert
The user will find out the shipping cost before they make a payment. Shipping will be calculated based on where the product is being shipped, and will be added to the prices listed in the catalog (which is what Jan meant).
We will clarify this in the "important information" section once the shipping system is fully operational.
Thanks for highlighting this.
Regards
Jeremy

New Harnic Map
Do we have any idea when the new Harnic map will be available?
When testing of the new webshop and shipping systems are done!
Severin
We understand the desire to get the new maps, but we want to be sure that the new shop and shipping systems are working before we go live...
We don't want problems with people getting their product.
We think its better to get it right, than rush it.
Regards
Jeremy

Hello Jeremy, No problem. I
Hello Jeremy,
No problem. I completely understand that Kelestia and Harn have always been about quality and not speed. Good things are worth waiting for.
