Can't download Chelemby City

Hello,

I've purchased most of your products and downloaded them with no problem (excellent work, by the way!). However, Chelemby City is not working for me. A zip folder is created on my computer that I cannot use Extract on. It says that the file is corrupted or empty. I tried to Open from this site rather than Save and got a similar problem. I have attempted to get this product several times in vain. Help, please.
