Happy New Year!
We at Keléstia Productions would like to wish everyone a happy and safe 2025 and a hearty thank you for bringing such an exciting close to 2024! We are so pleased with the enthusiasm you've shown for the new edition of HârnMaster (HMK) as well as your renewed interest in all the titles of a catalogue we're quite proud of.
As hardcovers of the new rulebook begin to make their way to homes, we will first turn in 2025 to completing our HMK GM Kit and the next setting module -- the fractious and intriguing Kingdom of Palíthanè. We're also excited to start sharing previews of the long-awaited Maritime Rules -- a supplement intended to help take your adventures to all realms of Kèthîra.
We encourage you to reach out to other members of the community, to start games (however brief or epic), and to share your experiences with others and with us. We look forward to a new year of gaming.
HMK shipping update
The majority of our EU-based customers should now have their HMK books (all others will hopefully have them soon) while shipping to the UK and Norway has started as well and will continue throughout the next week.
The US books are finally in the US, having arrived on December 26. They are not yet at their shipping hub in Kentucky, with customs and further transport probably taking 1-2 more weeks. Mid to late January is still a realistic time frame for the books to arrive at their US destinations. While the Canada Post postal worker strike is over, the backlog of undelivered shipments from the previous month can still possibly delay HMK book deliveries to our Canadian customers.
The customs situation in New Zealand has finally been resolved, and shipping to NZ and Australian customers will start on January 9.

On the Silver Way released
On the Silver Way is a small free adventure introducing gaming groups to HârnMaster: Roleplaying in the World Kethira (HMK) and some of its important rules procedures. It provides a solid starting point for a group just beginning play with HMK as a new rules system and can be helpful and enjoyable to both HârnMaster newcomers and players experienced with previous HârnMaster editions.
The encounter-focused adventure is set on the island of Hârn, between the kingdoms of Káldôr and Ázadmêre. It was designed for 1 GM and 3 players, however it can be easily modified for fewer or additional players. It provides 3 ready-for-play characters with clearly expressed backgrounds and motivations connected to the adventure's main plot. If your gaming group already has their own characters, however, it's of course possible to use those instead.
We hope you will enjoy On the Silver Way. It can be used in several different ways: as an enjoyable tutorial to learn the HMK rules together with your friends, as the first chapter of a campaign building on and elaborating the hooks and narrative elements provided by it, as an intermediate adventure custom-tailored to an already existing campaign, or as a stand-alone scenario run at a convention or for a group of new role-players. For any of those or any similar occasions, we think On the Silver Way is a good choice. As always, make it your own and use it in a way that best suits your own gaming needs and style.
You can find the adventure in our Free Stuff-->Aids & Tools section. It's a free download containing 6 PDF files (the adventure itself, a separate map sheet, character sheets for the three pregenerated player characters, and a blank character sheet for creating your own characters). To play it, you need a copy of the HMK rulebook as well as the usual role-playing material: several dice, writing equipment, and printed-out versions of the pre-gen character sheets. If you're playing online, of course, each player simply needs the PDF of their character sheet, and the gaming environment/VTT will provide the rest.
Once you've played the adventure, we'd love to hear from you. Let us know what you think via our forums, our Discord community, or e-mail.

Global HMK shipping update
Shipping of the HMK books has started for EU countries, and while we cannot make any promises, there is a chance that all EU customers will receive their HMK order before Christmas. The holiday-related strain on postal services might still postpone delivery in some cases.
All UK and Norway orders are already packed, but will only ship towards the end of the week due to the necessary customs paperwork. They are expected to be delivered between the end of December and early January.
The cargo ship transporting the books to North America was launched on December 12 and is expected to arrive at the port of New York around December 24. Clearance and delivery to the Kentucky shipping hub will then take a couple of weeks. Shipments can be expected to arrive at North American customers starting in mid-January, with those to Canada perhaps delayed further by the ongoing strike of Canada Post workers. We'll of course monitor the strike situation and keep you informed on its effect on the shipping timeline to Canada.
Finally, an unforeseen customs situation in New Zealand has postponed shipments to New Zealander and Australian customers. We hope to have the problem resolved during the coming week, but deliveries will probably not happen before Christmas. We estimate shipping to customers to start before the end of the year and will inform you when it does begin.

HMK book production and shipping update
Our printer has informed us that manufacturing of the HMK books (both Standard Edition and Collector's Edition) will likely be completed on November 26. The books will then be sent to our three shipping hubs in Germany, the USA, and New Zealand where they will likely arrive around December 10 (Germany and New Zealand) and early January (USA). From there, they will be sent on to their destination addresses, which will take about a week on average. This means that European and New Zealander customers should receive their HMK books around December 17 and all other customers around January 10.
As communicated earlier, all books will be based on version 1.2 of HMK, which is already available as a file download. This version contains a considerable amount of corrections and small rules tweaks. The printing process was postponed in order to ensure that these improvements could make it into the physical books.
