We received word from the manufacturer (Standart Impressa in Lithuania) that production of both Standard and Collector editions is scheduled to be completed on 26 November.

With ten days shipping to our German fulfillment address, about a week to our New Zealand address, and a month (by sea) to our USA address, I would then estimate a turnaround and mailing to result in a mid December arrival of books for European and Australian/New Zealand customers, and an early January reception for USA/Canadian customers.

There's no definitive date for the completion of the free adventure, but it's hoped to be finished in the next several weeks.

Yes, EU shipping has started. I think there is a good chance you will get your order before Christmas. Weather conditions and the holiday-related overburdening of postal services can still interfere with this prediction, of course.
