How Long Do Orders Take to Be Mailed?

I made a purchase of the new HMK on the 12th, but there are no updates on the order.

Can you please advise?

The most recent estimated time frame in the News announcement on New Year's day has turned out to be accurate. The books have, in fact, now arrived in the US for distribution and are being processed as we speak! Shipments will start to go out early next week, with books likely arriving to customers throughout the last week of January. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your book ships.

Hey all,

Has anyone received their HMK in Canada? Last update (Jan. 27) for mine via USPS says, "Moving Through Network - In Transit to Next Facility."

Of the Canadian shipments like yours that went out January 21st, only about 10% have just now (in the last day) started to arrive—the rest are in varying levels of progress, including those with seemingly dated updates such as yours (1/27).

I'm personally monitoring every shipment, but a process that should normally take 7-10 days (US to Canada) is well past its second week for most of them. This delay seems to be from two factors: primarily, from a two-week long blanket of snow and freeze over the midwest of the USA the second half of January, and, secondarily, from the ramp up in Canada after the strike (which included a backlog from within the US; i.e. it wasn't just the Canadian system itself ramping back up).

With that said, it's still quite frustrating for you. I'll keep monitoring it, and let's keep in communication—both here and through walt@kelestia.com, the email that accompanied your specific order.
