Shek-Pvar and Psionics

Apart from a few notes here and there about how some psionic Talents can augment certain spells, what are the Shek-Pvar's attitudes towards Gifted individuals with active psionic powers?

I would think that the Shek-Pvar generally would view possession of psionic talents as an indicator of possibly good potential in the study of magic. Not necessarily, of course, since it's possible to have a talent or two even with low aura, but a high aura increases the potential for multiple talents.

I think they would regard them as fascinating subjects for research. That would apply both to their own talents, and to non-SP gifted individuals. The interest would be most pronounced among Sàvôryans, of course, but would very likely be present among others, too, I would imagine.

Would the Shek-Pvar consider someone with one or more active Psionic Talents a member of the K'vikir, absent some formal relationship with one or more of the convocations or with the Guild of Arcane Lore?

The more enlightened Shek-Pvar might gently nudge the psionically gifted kvikir towards the Arcanists. They would do well in Cherafir, or overseas in Berema.

I'd rather go with blackshoe's comment that a talent is a good indication for being a talented mage... In civilised areas a self-aware psionic seems to be a perfect canditate for the arcanist guild. Remember the Shek-Pvar are a secret part of the arcanist guild, so perfect for recruiting the gifted one.
Seeing the description of Sàvôyra treating "Mind and Aura" as main principles makes the psionic usually a part of them. Having that in thought Sàvôyra SP are in all my campaigns manipulator of psionic talents and would welcome talented psionics as shek-pvar in their convocation even without being a mage. Unfortunately there are some talents which obviously do not belong to this convocation. i.e. Pyrokinesis.
The five Shek-Pvar Laws are not valid for the rest of the arcanist guild. So if a psionic is violating the SP Laws not being a Shek-Pvar. Considering that some mages do think about negative effects for the SP the migth intercept those psionics anyway. This of course violates their own rules, but they hardly respected this when melderyni mages sank the fleet in cape renda. So it's only a morale dilema which will be decided to the best of the melderyni SP guilds of course ... ;) May be that is the true reason why no histrory of mighty psionics are recorded so far...
